Bloss & Dillard's Under 35 group got out of the office and into the field. Members held a CE class for local agents and invited agents to hang out for some fun at a West Virginia Power game. The class on Ethics was taught by Dave Caudill and provided three credit hours for ethics free of charge to those agents attending. Bloss & Dillard had underwriters from several departments including personal lines, workers comp, brokerage, and also our marketing rep to meet with agents. After class, the group headed out to the ballpark for dinner and took in a game afterwards. Unfortunately it wasn't a great game for the home team, but our team had a great time getting to know our agents. We look forward to meeting and working with your new stars in the future.

Many of you know and have worked with Colin Wills for many years. Colin started with the Company 19 years ago in a clerical capacity and has demonstrated competence, talent and dedication since he began. He has steadily moved his way up through the ranks to the position of Vice President by being an example for all others in not only Bloss and Dillard, but also the industry as a whole.

That dedication has recently been rewarded by the recognition of those efforts by making Colin Wills a shareholder in the business. As only the second individual outside of the Bloss or Dillard families to receive this honor, we are very proud to now call Colin a partner in the business. This business investment by Colin will serve to ensure the longevity of the Company going forward with Colin in a leadership role.

BDI would like to congratulate Ryan Wingrove and his new fiancee on their recent engagement. Ryan and Haley Linkous were engaged on December 19th. We wish them all the luck for the future.

Bloss & Dillard allows their employees to "dress down" every Friday in exchange for $1. At the end of each year, we use that money for charity. This year, we are proud to say that with that money we were able to help two local families have a Merrier Christmas and donate to a Faith in Action.

Bloss & Dillard is pleased to annunce that Ryan Wingrove is out on the road seeing our agents at least 3 days per week. Ryan has spent the past 7 months getting ready to make agency visits by sitting with our underwriters, visiting our companies and working with experienced marketing reps from various markets.
