General Comments:

Many agents wonder when they will "take over" an account. The Agent-of-record letter that agents are getting now just allows that agent ownership of the policy. Commissions will not be paid on those policies until January 1, 2007. New businesses may start placing business with their retail agent on September 1, 2006. This would be a for a start-up operation. Many other questions may be answered via Brickstreet's web-site at www.brickstreet.com
