Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
- 1 coffee mug
- 4 Tbsp plain flour (not self-rising)
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp baking cocoa
- 3 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp oil
- splash of vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in mug; add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla. Mix again.
Place mug in microwave and cook for three minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed. Allow cake to cool a little, and tip onto a plate. Enjoy!
