Do you have a home that is in the name of an estate? Or a home that is vacant under construction? If you do, we have a market for you. We have programs for dwellings basic (DP-1) or dwelling special (DP-3) risks.
Dwelling basic is available for all occupancies including a non-resident standalone structure. Dwelling special is available for rental, seasonal, and vacant homes. Tiny homes that are permanently located are accepted. Replacement cost is only available under the dwelling special program. Whereas, dwelling basic offers actual cash value and full repair cost. We can write high value dwellings, as well as lower value dwellings. We can schedule up to 30 units on one policy if they are the same occupancy. If you have a vacant home that is undergoing renovations, we have an option under the dwelling basic program. There is a builder’s risk endorsement we will add on to provide the coverage you need.
There are many different discounts that can be added on to help save money. These include:
Claims free discount
Paid in full discount
Auto/Home discount (if auto is written with agent)
Association discount (ex. AAA)
Alarm system discount (central or local)
