Update on the Bloss & Dillard Agent Service Center
It has been about a year since we released our new version of our Agent Service Center and I wanted to take a moment to give you an update. I would just like to remind you of some of the things that you have the ability to do through this web portal. First, upon logging in, you will see that the Dashboard (Home page) provides a list of your 5 most recent submissions and 5 most recent bound policies. Expanding on that, you can click the Reports link and that will allow you to generate a list of all policies in force for your agency and a full list of all submissions.
Another helpful tool is the self-service Certificate of Insurance utility. This allows you to issue your own COI’s for all eligible policies. If no approval is needed (no additional insured or special wording), a COI will be instantly delivered to your email. If the certificate holder is also an additional insured or it requires any special wording such as waiver of subrogation or hold harmless agreement, it will be forwarded to us for approval.
One newer function on the site is the ability to update and/or add contacts to your agency. You can log in, click Reports, Agent Contacts and that will take you to a page that allows you to make changes to existing contacts and add or remove contacts. This is very helpful in keeping our records for your agency current and accurate.
