What’s on your plate?
It seems like only yesterday we were beginning to make plans for our summer activities. From vacations, and BBQs to family reunions and camping trips. Then in the blink of an eye, our days were filled with back-to-school shopping and getting the kiddos ready to embark on another school year. It’s September and our appetites have changed. We went from craving all things grilled and sweet watermelon to pumpkin spice everything!
Appetites change and this is true in the insurance industry as well. One day carriers may consider a class of business and then due to overall losses and poor performance trends they decide to no longer consider that class. Through the changes let’s keep our plates full of the business that can successfully be quoted and bound.
A few Workers Compensation classes that have been successfully quoted and bound this summer have been:
Barbershop, beauty parlor, or hair styling salon
Store: Retail NOC
Club: NOC & clerical
Trucking: NOC (all employees & drivers, local)
Bar, lounge with food
Recreational vehicle park with campground & convenience store
What’s on your plate? BDI would love the opportunity to dish out some quotes. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you.Share on Facebook Share on LinkedIn
