Bacon Ranch Cheeseball


2 8-oz packages cream cheese 

1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix (DRY) 

1 cup shredded mild cheddar 

1 cup bacon crumbles (divided into 1/2 cups) 

1/4 cup diced green onion


With your hands: Mix the cream cheese blocks together. Add the ranch packet and green onion, mix well. Add in the shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles, mix well. Form into a ball and roll in the remaining 1/2 cup of bacon crumbles. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve with your preference of crackers or veggies.
