Baskin Robbins Pie
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup white sugar
- 9-oz container frozen whipped topping
- 1 family-size pudding mix (chocolate, butter pecan or lemon)
- shredded coconut, crushed nuts, optional
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix and press the first three ingredients into 8x10” pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Whip cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in whipped topping. Prepare pudding as directed on package. Layer pudding mix on crust, then top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle top with shredded coconut and crushed nuts. Refrigerate.
