Easy Pizza Pockets


  • 1 tube of Pillsbury Grands rolls 
  • pizza sauce  
  • fillings of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp milk 


Press Grands roll into a 5-inch circle. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, cheese, and fillings over half of the dough. Stretch the dough over to touch the other end of the round. Seal the ends with a fork. Whisk 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk to make an egg wash. Once mixed, brush on top of the pizza pockets. Bake at 375ºF for 12-15 minutes.
