Ice Cream Cake


½ gallon ice cream, softened 
3 small boxes of instant pudding, dry mix only (get the same flavor of pudding as ice cream)
2 cups milk
2 sticks butter, melted
2 stacks ritz crackers


Mix together milk, ice cream, and instant pudding mix. Set aside. Mix together melted butter and ritz crackers then line bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour ice cream mixture on top of the crust. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Once it firms, put 1 16-oz cool whip on top.
