Lemon Bars
Ingredients
Crust:
1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
Filling:
8-oz pkg of cream cheese
3 eggs
1 lb box powdered sugar, sifte
Directions
Mix all crust ingredients until consistency of pie crust dough. Press dough evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 greased and floured pan. Set aside. Mix all filling ingredients together and pour on top of dough. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes and then bake at 400ºF for 5 minutes. Cool and serve.
