Lime Gelatin Salad


  • 1 3-oz. package of lime gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup cottage cheese 
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


Place gelatin in an 8” or 9” glass baking dish. Add one cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and pecans. Chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.
