Pork Chops with Apples & Stuffing


  • 1 6-ounce package of Stove Top Stuffing mix for chicken 
  • 1 can (21 ounce) of apple pie filling 
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (1 1/2 pounds), 3/4” thick 


Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Spread pie filling onto bottom of 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chops and stuffing and cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through (160°F.)
