Red Velvet Poke Cake


  • 1 box Red Velvet cake mix (plus ingredients listed on cake mix box, oil, eggs, water) 
  • 2 (3.4oz) boxes instant cheesecake flavor pudding 
  • 4 cups milk 
  • 1 (8-oz) tub frozen, whipped topping 
  • 10 Oreo® cookies, crushed 


Prepare cake mix according to package directions for a 9x13” cake; cool for a few minutes. Poke holes down into the bottom of the cake with a wooden spoon handle. In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with the milk until the lumps are gone; pour over the cake gently pushing into the holes; cool in fridge. Once completely cold, spread whipped topping over the cake. Crush the oreos and sprinkle over the top. Keep covered and refrigerated.
