Sausage & Cheese English Muffins
1 pound ground sausage (any flavor/kind, NOT in casings)
1 jar of cheese whiz
1 pkg of English muffins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook and brown the sausage, making sure it is broken up into crumbles. Drain the grease. Add the cheese into the same pan and mix together. Cut the English muffins in half (as if you were toasting). Spread the sausage mixture on the English muffins edge to edge. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy. Try serving with salsa to top them off for a little extra kick!
