Seven Layer Salad
Ingredients
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- ½-1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 10 oz. package frozen peas
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled
Directions
Place lettuce, green onions, frozen peas, and cauliflower in 9x13 glass pan. Spread mayonnaise like cake frosting over vegetables and sprinkle with sugar, shredded cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
