Spicy Chicken


  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 


Combine dressing, tomato juice and chili powder. Pour over chicken and marinate several hours. Bake for 30 minutes or until done, turning once and basting frequently. May be grilled or broiled.
