Spicy Grilled Shrimp


  • 1 pound raw, peeled and deveined shrimp 
  • 1 clove of garlic (or equivalent minced garlic in a jar) 
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt 
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you want it) 
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika 
  • 2 tablespoons of light olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 


Place all of the shrimp into a gallon size ziploc bag. Combine the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and mix. Pour mixture into the bag with the shrimp and seal closed. Toss shrimp until they are thoroughly covered with the seasoning mixture. Skewer and grill to perfection (approximately 8 minutes on each side).
