Spicy Queso Dip
1 lb ground chuck
1 package taco seasoning
1 box Velveeta (queso blanco 2% milk, or your choice milk, with jalapeños)
1 bag of tortilla chips
Brown the meat then add half packet of the taco seasoning. Stir until all the meat is seasoned. Slice Velveeta and add to the meat; stir to melt and add milk to reach desired consistency. For a less spicy dip, use the regular Velveeta cheese. Enjoy!
