Swedish Nut Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
