Three Meat White Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb angel hair pasta, cooked
2 cups cooked off the bone chicken
2 cups cooked, cut 1/2” thick Kielbasa
2 cups cooked cubed ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
16-oz cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup hot water
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Boil pasta per box instructions. When cooked, drain and set aside. In a large bowl mix together the chicken, kielbasa, ham, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. In a separate small pot, dissolve bouillon cubes with hot water and pour over the meat and pasta. Pour mixture into a 9x12x2” greased baking dish and top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
